Verdict

The theory shows high internal coherence and mobilizes genuine concepts of theoretical physics (holographic principle, Bekenstein–Hawking, ER=EPR, block universe, zero-point energy). Its external validity, read charitably, is mostly speculative — not refuted. The central blocks (bidirectional gravity F_m + F_B, redshift as inter-Box translation Doppler without internal expansion, ZPE as fuel, neo-Lorentzian T_s foliation) occupy the same niche of serious, not-yet-winning proposals (MOND, Verlinde, Randall–Sundrum, Milne, Haisch–Rueda–Puthoff): coherent to first order, lacking a competitive quantitative fit against ΛCDM. The only items classified as pseudoscientific are those of the post-mortem consciousness field and poltergeist by phase resonance, where the available empirical evidence is consistently null and the proposed mechanism collides with energy-momentum conservation.

The model works better as narrative cosmography — an internally consistent speculative edifice — than as a mature physical theory. To enter the competitive game, it must produce testable quantitative predictions: numerical derivation of H(z), the BAO peak (~150 Mpc), the CMB spectrum and SN Ia luminosity distances from the inter-Box translation mechanism and from F_B; and, for ZPE as fuel, a concrete mechanism of transition below the vacuum.
